I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the attention to detail was superb. The hotel provided basic amenities and everything was well taken care of. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any queries I had. Finally, the breakfast included in the room rate was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of choices and the quality of the food was excellent.
All aspects of my stay were up to par and I couldn't find any faults.

The sea views were fantastic and the privacy we enjoyed was most welcome. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was really a most enjoyable experience. This was our third visit to Beach Hotel and I certainly look forward to going back in December.
Please have more halaal options for Muslim guests. Can the breakfast menu be varied after maybe three days or so, five days of eating the same things can become quite boring especially for those people who are staying for longer periods.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly loved the location of the hotel - it was in a great area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and I was pleased with the variety of room options available, including rooms with 2 single beds, a single bed, a double bed. Additionally, having breakfast included in the stay was a great perk.
Everything was fine.

Big mama was very helpful and always willing to help breakfast was very nice until the last few two days when they had 200 police officer booked quality of the food was not good.
The reception staff were not friendly at all , no customer care refused to transfer me to a room facing the sea, just because I was on a longer stay, toilet was not working proper, rooms were not cleaned on time and tv reception was poor no remote

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the clean room, friendly staff who were always available to assist us with any questions, and the convenient location near restaurants and other shops. Additionally, it was great that public transportation was easily accessible right from the hotel.

The location is excellent. My family enjoyed the sea view and the walking distance to Ushaka Marine. The food was up to standard and my family really enjoyed themselves.
The housekeeping was bad and the place has changed a lot since my stay in the 1990s. I wish they can improve on that and also try to buy or clean the dining room chairs. Unfortunately I was overcharged and I am still waiting for my reimbursement.

the reception service and their spacious double beds
They don't accept accomodation of 3 ppl (i.e. myself and my parents) on the same room. The aircon on both of the rooms were not working. The Tv's on both of the rooms had no remote control. The variety on their breakfast bouffee was limited.
